Fee structure 2022 / 2023
Dr Cockerell’s current fees are shown below. This fee structure isn’t exhaustive, but does cover all of the main fees. These fees are in line with consultant neurology fees throughout London and the United Kingdom.
Please remember that seeing a Private Neurologist creates a contract between you and a doctor. Private health insurance may reimburse you for all or part of the cost, but ultimately it is the patient who is responsible for any fees payable, according to the contractual arrangement with the doctor.

Patients who do not have health insurance or a Letter of Guarantee will need to provide credit card details to confirm their appointment. A 50% cancellation charge will be made if at least 24 hours of cancellation notice is not provided.
Any problems with fees should be addressed before the consultation or taking up treatment. Any issues can be discussed with your insurance company and with Dr Cockerell’s relevant office.
Visits abroad, domiciliary visits or other pro-rata work are not included in the fee structure. If you would like more details on these, please contact the relevant office.
