The function of using your personal data is for medical safety and for the implementation of safe medical treatment. Your notes are held in a secure electronic data source by DGL, with secure encryption methodology. Dr Cockerell also holds notes in paper files, which are kept in secure locked storage.
Know your rights
If you no longer wish for Dr Cockerell to keep any personal data, please put your request in writing (by post or email) and arrangements will be made to have it removed if this is medically feasible.
